🚚 Shipping Charges
• Shipping costs (both sides) will be paid by the customer.

💔 Damaged / Wrong Product
• If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will accept the claim and resend a new piece without extra charges.

• If 25% of the product (bottle/cream/serum) has already been used by the customer,
then only 75% refund will be applicable.
• The parcel must be returned to us first before processing the refund.

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Share order details, pictures of the product, and reason for return.
3. Return shipping will be arranged by the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will process your refund/replacement as per policy.
